Spotted-Buttonquail

Scientific name:	Turnix ocellata
Habitat:	Edges of grass scrub and even along roads through dry forests ie. Subic Bay, Pico de Loro, etc.
Birdwatch note:	The only large buttonquail in the Philippines. The bird in the picture is a female caught in Westgrove.
