The
male is unmistakable with pinkish and orange breast and dark
rufous undertail coverts.The female is is told from other green
pigeons by the yellow belly, one yellow wing bar and pale
golden green uppertail covertsUncommonly seen although can be regularly
seen in Caylabne Bay (Cavite). A flock of 20+ birds recorded in Mangrove
Experimental Forest in Pagbilao Bay, Quezon.
