Open forest, clearings and forest edge
Birdwatch note :
Tiny falcons with unmistakable black and white plumage.

WBCP note:
Often perches in upper branches of dead trees, hawking insects, lizards and sometimes, small birds. Quite easily seen in Mt. Makiling, Laguna and Mt. Palay-Palay, Cavite, where up to 11 birds were seen perched together in one tree.
