Long
wings and deeply forked tail, distinctive bill, thin black
necklace and white rump.
Often seen in large flocks flying back
and forth catching insects on the wing. During breeding season,
adult when disturbed may leave nest immediately
taking wing, screaming and diving at the intruder but may
land, fall over, and flutter pretending to be hurt. |
