Northern Shoveler

Scientific Name:	Anas clypeata
Habitat:	Freshwater marshes and shallow lakes.
Birdwatch note:	Uncommon, in pairs or small groups often with other ducks. Distinctive large bill gives a top heavy look. Males have glossy green head and neck.
