Javan Frogmouth

Scientific Name:	Batrachostomus javensis
Habitat:	Indigenous to Palawan. Prefers understorey of forest and second growth includingdense tangles of vines and bamboo.
Birdwatch note:	Uncommon and poorly known. Very small with large ear tufts and variable plumage.
