Blue Fantail

Scientific Name:	Rhipidura superciliaris
Habitat:	Lowland forest and forest edge
Birdwatch note:	Endemic to southern Philippines. MOstly blue with bright blue forehead and eyebrow. Not as conspicuous as other fantails.
