Direk Chary has suggested to put a "cloth" or what could be a replica of a screen and then beam a live video from a back projector. Videos of clouds passing by or a flocks of birds flying to divide the space and to also offer an interesting backdrop. The cloth will be provided by the City of Balanga and Arnel Telesforo has volunteered to provide the video.

Direk Chary has requested for key persons to be provided with headsets during the bird fest. She will be asked to verify if it will be more cost-effective to rent or purchase the requested equipment.

Direk Chary cannot make it to the ingress on October 8 and has requested for a site inspection of the festival venue on the Sunday prior to the festival proper. It was suggestedrequested that she inspect the venue during the Ms Bataan pageant to be held on September 20.

Anna Gonzales has suggested that a pair of sound monitors be put onstage as well.

Arnel Telesforo has designed bird festival car stickers. Balanga City has requested 3300 pieces. WBCP will print another 200 pieces.

Balanga City will print 2000 flaglets featuring the bird fest logo for the students. These may also be used on the cars.
